Aylssa :: Senior

Miss Alyssa you are beautiful! I had a fabulous shoot with this lovely lady when I was in Missouri. The morning started out rainy so we grabbed some towels and decided to head out anyways. Good thing we did because it ended up being a beautiful morning! Let me tell you.. This girl is hilarious. There's not a moment that I've been with her that I haven't cracked up laughing. On a serious note, how on earth are you a senior too?! I guess it is really true what they say about when you get older. Alyssa, you are wonderful and I love you! I hope you have a great senior year! Samantha & Dan :: Married

Samantha and Dan had one of the prettiest backyard weddings...Not to mention it was on their farm up north! (I love northern Michigan in the summer) It was perfect. With beautiful weather and simply amazing light and fireworks at the end of the night….my absolute favorite! Their day was filled with vintage, rustic charm with homemade touches. I was swooning. I've known Sam for many years now and it was such an honor to photography her and Dan's wedding. Samantha and Dan are definitely perfect for each other. Here are some of my favorites from their day! Brenna :: Senior

My cute, little, baby sister is a SENIOR... I don't even know how this happened. She's still 11 in my head! (Today is also her 17th birthday! Happy birthday Brenna!) I cannot be more proud of the beautiful woman she has become. She is godly girl who is going to make a difference in this world. She has such a soft and tender servants heart. She is also always nurturing some kind of animal (currently its several animals haha) ;) But for real though, she is always willing to help whenever needed. It has been such an honor to be her big sister and watch her grow through the ages. I hate that I couldn't be there with her during last few years in high school. Brenna, I love you to the moon and back. I'm so proud of you and I can't wait to see how God uses you. No matter what happens in this life God is the one person who will always listen, always love, and always forgive you. He will hold you when you need Him, He will challenge you and grow you, He will guide you and strengthen you, but only if you let Him. So let Him. Don't fight His presence in your life because He loves you more than you can imagine and He only wants what's best for you.  I love you and miss you so much! Heroux 50th Anniversary

I had the privilege of photographing this beautiful family last week. Mr. and Mrs. Heroux just celebrated their 50th year of marriage. How cool is that?! It brings me so much joy to see two people who fell in love still love each other 50 years later. They have three wonderful kids and many more grandkids. One of the best parts of my job is getting to meet new people and hearing about their life and then being able to capture that life for them. I couldn't think of a better way to spend my day! Beck Family

A few days before I made the move to Virginia (Which by the way has been great!) I got to take pictures of some of my wonderful family! They are so much fun to be around which made their shoot even better! We went down to the Tridge in Midland for their shoot. The day couldn't have been prettier! I'm so glad I was able to take their pictures and hang with them for a bit especially since Anna is going to college in the fall! (How is this possible?!) Here are some of my favorites! Enjoy!

Anna left us early for a grad party and because she just had senior pictures done we didn't do individuals of her. Here's some of her senior pictures that I took last fall instead!
